I have worked many years as a carer for older people with a wide spectrum of physical challenges and disabilities who struggle with daily activities in their own home.

 

I am also a qualified fitness trainer specialising in one to one fitness tailored for older people.


Through my experiences, I have identified that certain gentle exercises or movements, carried out a number of times a week, can make a huge difference to the balance, mobility and strength of my clients, giving them more movement, freedom and confidence in their own home.

Galit has a totally positive attitude and knows how to coax the best out of her clients even on bad days. She really helped my mother to start her long rehab journey after a very serious illness in her 80s. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs help to improve their strength or mobility.
